adam roxborough 02/08/2024Great location. This is a decent sized excellently situated cottage ideal for a family of four. One double bedroom and a room with bunk beds. a good sized well appointed bathroom with bath and shower. The garden is lovely. well enclosed and very safe for toddlers and pets alike. It would benefit from an outdoor dining set. The summer house is pleasant. The kitchen and kitchen equipment is excellent (rare these days) but the property would benefit from a fridge freezer as opposed to an ice-box fridge. Notwithstanding what I say below, I would recommend it. It is as close as can be to everything Menai offers, and for a small place it offers a lot!. The property does need a little TLC. Nothing major but just a lick of paint here and there would make a world of difference to the overall impression. Parking can be an issue. Garden needs a bit of a looking at. Its a bit overgrown. ...
