Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by the double bedroom featuring windows that fill the space with natural light, along with a bathroom conveniently located nearby.
To your left, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a cosy living room, a dining area with seating for four and an open-plan kitchen.
Juliet balconies in both living room and master bedroom which open to reveal amazing views of canal and Leeds city centre.
2 bedrooms:
Our house features two inviting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a king-size bed, which complete with a master ensuite.
Both bedrooms feature windows that allow plenty of natural light, and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space for a clutter-free stay. There is also a sofa bed available, which can be converted into a bed upon request.
Living, dining and kitchen:
Our living area features a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. Enjoy breathtaking views of the canal from the window while you relax.
The stylish dining area accommodates four and is part of the open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Cafetière and an air fryer.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve got a selection of board games and books for you to relax and have some fun!
