Please be advised, although the property can potentially sleep a maximum of 4 guests, it is more comfortable for 3 guests due to the size of the beds and seating downstairs.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bright, warm & airy living room with comfy seating for 4, Smart TV and French doors leading out into the private enclosed garden.
Kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen including large range cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, air fryer, fridge & freezer. Dining table comfortably seats 4 guests.
FIRST FLOOR:
1st bedroom features a king-size bed with lots of storage space overlooking the garden.
2nd bedroom features a small double (4ft wide), ample enough room for one guest, a little bit of a squeeze for 2! Built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
3rd room is a dedicated study with an adjustable standing (or sitting!) desk and office chair.
Brand new family bathroom with shower over the bath.
OUTSIDE:
Private lawned garden with small patio and seating for 2.
Private parking for one small/medium vehicle plus additional free off-street parking beside the village green a 2 minute walk away.
A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.
Just around the corner is the Chequers Inn serving classic British food and Indian cuisine (they also do takeaways).
Nearby, the village of Eynsham is 1.5 miles away for all your essential needs (enjoy exploring its 9 pubs!), Estelle Manor is less than 6 miles away, majestic Blenheim Palace is 5 miles away and Oxford city is 20 minutes away by car or bus.
Cassington is also conveniently located close to the A40 with Burford ‘the gateway to the Cotswolds’ less than 20 minutes away. Why not stop at Jeremy Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog pub on the way, just 11 miles away.
This whole property is available for the sole use of our guests.
The garage at the end of the garden is for our own personal use.
Our home is a mid-terrace in a quiet close knit neighbourhood, so strictly no parties allowed please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 11am.
Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.
The fire in the living room is not in use and is only there for aesthetic purposes only.
We welcome up to 2 pets for an extra charge of £30 for 1 dog or £50 for 2 small dogs to cover additional cleaning costs. Bowls and a welcome pack are provided (please leave bowls behind for the next furry guests).
Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog:
– Dogs must be well behaved and house trained
– Please keep your pets off the soft furnishings
– No pets upstairs please
– Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible
– Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the house
– Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank you
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
Please note that a £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys and £100 will be charged for lost keys, so please be careful with them and place them back in the lockbox when you check-out.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
