Comfortable 3 bed 3 bath detached home built in 2008, tucked away in a quiet part of town.
Great location, just a stone’s throw from Chipping Norton centre with its independent shops, cafes, pubs, theatre & cinema.
Spacious and peaceful ‘home from home’ for 6 guests to eat, sleep & relax.
Easy access to the Cotswolds villages and attractions, Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford Organic & Blenheim Palace.
This is our own home when we’re in the UK, so has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The space
As you enter the property, there is a downstairs shower room with WC on the left ahead of the fully-equipped kitchen. You have everything you need to cook up a storm, be it a lazy brunch or dinner for 6 in the evening. Through the kitchen takes you into the new dining room extension, featuring bi-fold doors allowing plenty of natural light into the room. This connects out into the spacious living room complete with fireplace, smart TV and plenty of comfy seating to sit back and relax.
Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms – the master bedroom enjoys a king size bed and en suite shower room with WC along with a small office desk. Bedroom 2 features a double bed with a dedicated work space. Bedroom 3 features a king size bed with sliding patio doors opening out onto a Juliet balcony. The bedrooms are served by the family bathroom, complete with bath and overhead shower.
The house also boasts a newly landscaped terraced patio at the rear with seating, perfect for morning coffees…or something stronger in the evening!
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property as described, however, there is a study on the ground floor for our personal use which is locked & inaccessible. There is ample easy on-street parking directly in front of the property.
Other things to note
This is our own home here in the UK, so it is not a purpose built holiday let. We therefore ask guests to please be respectful and entirely considerate when staying here.

Mid-stay cleans and/or linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Norma Hawran 23/05/2024Big, comfortable, and clean.. It was so spacious. The fridge was large, the lounge was so comfortable and the outside yard was delightful on beautiful days. The bathrooms were great and everything was clean. You could live there for a month and be happy. We walked to town for breakfast and dinner and we were all very glad we stayed in Chipping Norton for our stay in the Cotswolds.. Nothing really at all. ... Read full reviewClose
