The property is in a prime location – 20 minutes’ walk from the historic city centre and a short walk from the bus stop with routes to the cosmopolitan Mill Road where you can find an assortment of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops to explore. Featuring an open plan layout space with a kitchenette for light cooking. The studio has FREE PARKING.

Facilities include wifi, washer & dryer and a free parking space. My place is strategically located near amenities and transport links. For quick and easy transit in and out of the city, Cambridge Station and Cambridge North Station is the way to go.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
