The space
This property is ideally located close to the A46, ideal for those working in Lincoln, Newark or surrounding areas. It is a spacious house with modern interior and a large garden, ideal for families traveling with pets and contractors.
There is Whisby Garden Centre next door which has a great cafe, serving food throughout the day, there is also the play barn which is fantastic for children.
The property boasts a spacious kitchen with an array of amenities and a large dining table that seats 6. There is a cosy living room area with a large smart TV that leads off from the kitchen. There is a downstairs bathroom with a separate shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms.

I have chosen the award winning property management company, Pass The Keys, to manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

During your stay- My property management team will be available 24/7 by Airbnb, email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass The Keys is a property Management company managing many listings on Airbnb. Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community based Pass The Keys Team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass The Keys Property Readiness Standard.
No parties will be tolerated and a fee of £250 will be charged if any house rules are broken.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
