Welcome to our charming and modern ground-floor apartment, set on an accessible single level & nestled in the tranquil, pretty village of Loppington, just a few miles north of Shrewsbury.

Perfect for a serene getaway or a comfortable base for work, our cosy space offers all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing stay.

An open plan living space with Sky Q TV. Fitted kitchen. Private garden area, lovely local pub with excellent food. Nearby Wem offers grocery supplies and Train station.
The space
Our apartment is on one level (and stair-free), making it easily accessible for all guests. The space includes:

Modern Kitchenette:
Though small, it’s stylish and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the convenience of an air fryer (Unfortunately our lovely property didn’t quite have the space for a hob or oven/cooker), but we have a microwave, kettle, toaster and a selection of tea, coffee and sugar.

We even have a champagne cooler if here for a special occasion!

Bedroom:
Our compact double bedroom is comfortable and cosy with a restful double bed, bedside table and clothes rail for storage.

Living Area:
The stylish open-plan living space has a 2-seater sofa that can convert to a sofa bed, suitable for one extra guest (2 would be a bit snug).
Please message our guest support team if you need this for your stay. There is a £15 charge for the extra sofa bed linen which we request to be paid through Airbnb resolutions separately.

In the meantime, just relax in front of the 42-inch smart TV with streaming channels and Sky Q after a day exploring Shropshire!

Shower Room:
A roomy, separate shower room with a spacious double length walk-in shower, basin, WC, and towel radiator. Note: this room is window-free.

Amenities:
WiFi: Enjoy reliable and fast WiFi at 70mbps, perfect for streaming, working, or staying connected. The router is located in the main house.

Linen and Toiletries:
We provide high-quality cotton bedding, large bath and hand towels, shower gel and shampoo to ensure your stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

Outdoor Space:
Open the double French doors to access a spacious garden area with a small table and 2 chairs. Start your morning with a hot drink or unwind with a glass of bubbly, soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Location:
Loppington is a picturesque village offering tranquility and charm. Just a few miles from Shrewsbury, it’s ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside or attending to business in the area.

Whether you are here for work or leisure, our cosy apartment is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Guests will have full access to the apartment and outdoor space immediate outside the french doors. We offer a remote check-in for all guest with a key safe outside the entrance door. We will supply codes and addresses in advance of your stay.

We strictly prohibit parties, or any extra guests not listing in the booking.

Apologies, we do not allow pets of any kind at this property.

Due to fire regulations, we cannot allow smoking of any type in the property. If guests wish to smoke, please kindly do so outside the rear of the property with doors closed and dispose of any waste afterwards.

We also kindly ask that candles are not used.

There is space for 1 car on the driveway which is on the left closest to the fence. Please park so that the hosts may also drive in and out easily.

Finally, our focus is, of course, for you to have a great time and enjoy your stay.
Since the hosts live next door, we ask that guests respect the space and be conscientious towards the hosts and any surrounding neighbours.

Please note that the property offers a maximum of 3 guests with a sofa and a charge would be £30 per person for linen and use.

Pass the Keys

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
