The studio flat is a perfect and cosy getaway. Set back from the road, so very quiet. Once you enter the studio, you would have everything you would need to sit back, and relax in style.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire studio flat
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Ann Mary 22/10/2024Secure location, responsible host. Good if you are planning to stay a few days, but not longer.. The location was 20 minutes walk from Southend University Hospital . The neighbourhood is very safe. The host is very friendly and responds at the earliest and is very helpful. The room is kept clean. if you looking for a few days stay this is a good place, There is oven , mini fridge and dishwasher. It doesn't have a proper kitchen, no stove , so stirring/ frying etc. is not possible. The apartment is actually in the garage close to the house shown in the photos . In this confined space , they have given all facilities possible. The wardrobe is open type. There is not enough storage space ( if you are planning to stay for few weeks).
