The property is arranged over two levels, with a large, fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor and accessed via a private entrance. Downstairs, the lower-ground floor features a welcoming living room, three comfortable bedrooms, and bathroom facilities, creating a cosy and private space to unwind after a day by the sea.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay.

PARKING
The street parking is by permit only. I am able to provide a parking permit for one car for each night of your stay. If you have a second car, there is free on street parking available but it is a 5 min walk from the property. The spaces outside the property are permit holders only or 2 hour max stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
