The space
Downstairs there is a large living / kitchen area with island. The large conservatory has bi fold doors opening out to the mature garden.
All the rooms upstairs have doubles, the main bedroom upstairs is also a Super King and ensuite.
Room 1 – Super King with En-suite Bathroom on the top floor
Room 2 – King Bed
Room 3 – King Bed
Room 4 – King Bed
Room 5 – Sofa Bed – Bedding will be left out in advance ready to be used
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the whole of the property during their stay.
Space for up to 3 cars off street at the rear of the property (covered by a security light) this can be accessed via a side street running parallel with the terrace.
There is also often free parking spaces available street directly outside the property on Stoneleigh Road.
The subtle wall based lights upstairs are controlled via a single switch that is located in the linen cupboard at the end of the corridor, top left hand side.
Please turn this off when departing the property to save on energy resources.
Other things to note
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE PLUG SOCKETS IN THE CONSERVATORY AREA AS THIS HAS AN IMPACT ON THE HEATING SYSTEM WHICH COULD LEAD TO IT BEING SWITCHED OFF AND RESET

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
