Relax with friends and family in this charming, recently refurbished house. This delightful home is just a stone’s throw from the beach at Felpham and the promenade linking Aldwick and Felpham. With popular restaurants within a few minute’s walk, this is a great location for a holiday or short break, and is close to Chichester and the Goodwood Estate, famous for its horse and motor racing.
The space
Enter the house with the spacious sitting room on the left which is bright and airy with a bay window overlooking the front of the house. To the rear of the house is the charming dining room with log burner, perfect for meals and games with the family. The modern kitchen overlooks the rear garden where you can toast marshmallows around the fire pit. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large king bed, with two large windows, making it a bright and sunny space. Further down the corridor is a second king bedroom, overlooking the garden. At the end of the house is the large family bathroom with freestanding feature bath as well as a walk in shower, plus a separate loo.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is on-street parking in front of the property as well as additional parking in surrounding streets.
The house is very close to the beach and the attractions of Felpham, Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys – please be careful with them.
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Sofa extremely uncomfortable- husband 6’4, glad our friends didn’t join us as seating in lounge very poor. Le fait d'avoir une arrivée autonome. L'emplacement à quelques pas de la plage. Le lieu proche de randonnées, mais aussi de Londres et Brighton. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!. Quelques petits détails il faudrait une ou deux casseroles supplémentaires, quelques crochets dans la salle de bain et une table d'extérieur un peu plus grande.
