The flat sleeps up to 2 guests in one Double bedroom.
While the street maintains a tranquil ambiance, it’s only a stone’s throw away from the bustling array of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops along Askew Road. It is perfectly positioned to use as a base in London.
You will be only 3 min walk to the bus stop. Shepherds Bush Market train station is only 10 min bus ride which is ideal for getting to London’s attractions.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of the building which is accessed by a staircase (there is no lift).
The living area has a comfortable sofa and Smart TV.
(You’ll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc).
The well-equipped family kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with appliances such as an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave and kettle.
The dining table for six offers room for shared meals, laughter, and the comfort of togetherness.
Enjoy a restful nights sleep with high-quality bedding to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobe provides ample space for storage.
The small spare room provides a versatile space for storing your luggage, doing floor exercises or airing your laundry.
You will also find a 3 piece bathroom suite with a refreshing bath tub.

On street parking is available outside the flat and adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or via the RINGO app. Roads nearby control parking between 9am and 5pm.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Co-op Food supermarket a few minutes walk away.
You will have access to the entire flat.

TV applications like Netflix are available for guests to use their OWN accounts.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out.
* This property does not accept children under 2 years and does not have a travel cot or high chair.
* The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them.
DURING YOUR STAY
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge.
*No parties will be tolerated – and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
