Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.

A £100 charge will be applied for late checkout.
Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for a call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys – please be careful with them.


Parties are not allowed – and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. We have CCTV cameras recording the entrance of the property

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
