Described as modern townhouse in style, our beautifully refurbished 3BR home can be found tucked away within Belfast’s most desirable postcode. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front balcony or cosy back yard, catch up on work in the purpose built study, relax on our comfy sofa while catching up on your favorite shows, and enjoy a great night’s rest in the very peaceful bedrooms. Mere minutes will take you to Queens University and the best restaurants, bars and cafes Belfast has to offer.
The space
The townhouse is split over 3 floors. On the ground floor you have a small bathroom, the study and the utility room (including washer and dryer). This leads out to the cosy back garden complete with lovely plants, outdoor furniture and a very cute Wendy House.
On the second floor you will find the living space – a large very welcoming living room complete with great lighting and comfy lounge seating. This leads out to a front facing balcony – great light in the morning. On the other side of the living room you will find the contemporary kitchen and dining area complete with additional breakfast bar seating and all the kitchen mod-cons you could need. You will also find the main bathroom on this floor complete with full bath.
On the top floor you will find the lovely bedrooms – 1 single, 1 double and 1 king size (with en suite).
At the front there is free parking for 2 cars.
The Area
The townhouse is situated within a very friendly, peaceful and welcoming development in a very desirable area of south Belfast.
In the immediate vicinity you have Cutters Wharf which is just on the river and is a great place to have some food and drinks while watching the rowers go by.
The Ormeau Road which has so many food (we recommend la Taqueria) and drinks (we recommend Errigle!) options is only a 15 minute walk away.
The Lagan Tow Path which follows the Lagan River is very close by and it is a beautiful place for a walk or a bike ride.
Award winning Ormeau Park is close by and is also a great place for some exercise or even do the Park Run there every Saturday.
Queens University is a 25 minute walk and the walk takes you through the very beautiful Botanic Gardens – a very nice way to get to your place of study/work.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property (not the garage).
Other things to note
**Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point – anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.
We love our community and will tolerate any behavior that impacts our neighbors right to peaceful enjoyment of this area**

Our house is in between Stranmillis Village and Ormeau Road – both have some incredible options for lunch/dinner/quick bites and even more high end meals. Please reach out and we will be happy to advise.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.


Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

Very close to shops, we stayed for a concert, so easy to get a taxi. Just off a main road but very quiet and secure. A balcony for smokers 💚loved the experience..
