This large townhouse is located on an impressive Georgian terrace, just off iconic Great Pulteney St, in the heart of Bath. It is ideally placed for easy, level walking access into the city centre and Bath Spa railway station. Historical and cultural attractions are a walk away with Bath rugby, The Holbourne Museum, Henrietta park, The Avon & Kennett Canal and the Skyline being just round the corner. After a busy day exploring, you’ll find plenty of nearby Restaurants and bars to enjoy.
The space
The spacious and comfortable accommodation is spread over four floors. With two reception rooms, a modern kitchen and dining room and three large bedrooms, there is plenty of space to relax in.

The entrance hall leads to a cosy sitting room, and one of the bathrooms. On the lower ground floor there is a stylish open plan living space with a modern well equipped, fully fitted kitchen and a conservatory dining room that leads onto a pretty courtyard garden. There is also a utility area and cloak room on this floor. The first floor has a large master bedroom with king size bed and a smaller comfortable double room. On the top floor there is a very large bedroom with double bed and a fantastic modern shower room.
