The back garden includes a children’s play set with a slide (approx. 1.5m high) and a swing. Use is strictly at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times to avoid possible injuries.
Additionally, there is a shallow unfenced pond in the garden, so extra care and supervision are required, particularly with young children.

Guests will have full access to the entire property.
My property is professionally managed.
My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.
Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Guests must provide an accurate time of arrival at the property so that the host can greet you to exchange information about accessing and using the property.
The lead guest must be present at check in and be able to prove their identity by means of a passport or driving licence.
Pass the Keys® is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Airbnb.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
