Welcome to our charming first-floor apartment located in the heart of Canterbury. This 600-square-foot space features two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, accommodating up to three guests. Step outside to enjoy a small private balcony as well as access to a shared garden perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or unwinding in the fresh air.

The apartment features two well appointed bedrooms one with a comfortable king-size bed and the other with a single bed making it ideal for up to three guests. There are two modern bathrooms.

Guests can enjoy a private garden space, perfect for relaxing outdoors, as well as a small balcony that brings in plenty of natural light and fresh air. The living area is designed for comfort and functionality, equipped with a TV, a cosy seating area, and a dedicated workspace suitable for laptops, ideal for business .

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven (no microwave), fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine—giving you everything you need for a self-catered stay. Whether you’re preparing a light snack or a full meal, the space is practical and user-friendly.

Reliable Wi-Fi with an average speed of 50 Mbps is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to work, browse, or stream with ease.

This stylish and functional apartment is a great base for enjoying everything Canterbury has to offer whether you’re visiting for a short break, work trip, or longer stay.

Shared Garden

There are official car parks nearby in Dover Street and Longport behind the Waitrose., both about 5mins walk.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
