The property features 5 spacious bedrooms, including a ground floor King size bedroom with downstairs W.C – perfect for family members who are seeking comfort and ease of accessibility.
The property features a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a focal point for family gatherings, complemented by a spacious dining room and a generously sized living room that leads to a private garden, accessible through the French doors.
As you ascend to the first floor, you’ll be greeted by one more king-sized bedroom with an ensuite, a pair of charming twin rooms, and a versatile family room equipped with a king bed and a single bed with ensuite.
The Meadows also features a fantastic games room in the garage with a large table tennis set up for you to enjoy. After a fun game, unwind and relax in the luxurious hot tub that comfortably seats six people. You’ll also have exclusive access to a large private driveway, providing ample parking space and privacy.
Guests have access to the entire house during their stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
