The bright and homey interior makes it an ideal home from home for contractors working in and around Sleaford. There is free onsite parking and convenient transport links.
There is fast WIFI and smart TVs in every room.
The neighboring flat is also a short stay apartment, making it ideal for larger groups wanting to stay close to one another.
The space
As you enter the flat, you come in to the bright, open plan living room and kitchen. The living room offers the additional option of a sofa bed. There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and also a utility area with washer/dryer. The bedrooms are located upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase. There is a single room and another room with a king size bed, both rooms have a smart TV.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The banging gate, a handle would work so yiu can close the gate wothout locking it, the through the night church chimes every 15 minutes, only Friday night not Saturday night.
