We want to inform all guests that scaffolding will be installed starting the first week of March as part of a project to replace all the building’s windows. According to the building management/council, the work is expected to take several months and may continue until the end of 2025. However, they have assured us that there will be minimal disruption to residents and guests.
During this time we suggest not to use the balcony at the property

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure. With amenities tailored to meet your needs, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free long-term experience.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      Bonito y limpio.. Bonito apartamento en zona tranquila. Cerca de metro, bus y a 7min de avenida con restaurantes y supermercado. Todo muy limpio y cocina equipada. Buena señal de WiFi. Buena comunicación con quien lo gestiona.. Salieron días muy fríos y la calefacción se paraba. Imagino que al alcanzar la temperatura del termostato central porque no hay manera de encenderla o subirla. Las ventanas son viejas y entra frío. Hace falta más calefacción si vas en invierno.
