Other things to note
Please note:
– It is a basement studio.
– That the entrance and hallway going into the unit is relatively slim
-It’s in a block of flats so if you’re a super light sleeper please use earplugs.
– TV does not have FTA – free to air (local) channels, tv can be connected to wifi using your device or as soon as the listing’s wifi becomes available.
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* The full address will be shared prior to your arrival.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for keys forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of replacing the lock will be charged if you lose the keys (a minimum of £200).
* My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      Uncomfortable bed, noisy room, good location. the location was convenient. the kitchen was good. uncomfortable bed, the top mattrass was 20 cm to small and 20cm to narrow, hence we didn't sleep well. The bathroom was very moldy and damp. there was a lot of light coming through the window, darker curtains would be better. and on top the subway was very loud in the room. don't understand the 5 star rating from others ...
