The space
Welcome to our family-friendly and spacious home. The living area is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families. It’s an ideal setup for relaxation and spending quality time together.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for meal preparation and is stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Whether you’re cooking a quick snack or preparing a family feast.
Bedroom 1 features two comfortable single beds, perfect for children or individual guests. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy single bed, while the master bedroom treats you to a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. With soft linens and thoughtful touches, we aim to ensure that every guest feels right at home.

Other things to note
To confirm there is free on-street parking available outside the property. Please ensure you do not park in front of any of the neighbor’s houses.
Additional rules
Please do not leave dirty dishes or rubbish in the property. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you at £30 per hour plus the cost of any damages.
Please turn off heating when vacating the house.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.


Hi, my name is Jamil and I am the managing director of Pass the Keys - Leeds. I have lived in and around the Leeds area since birth. I have worked in the city for the last ten years, which means I possess the local knowledge required to provide exceptional service to both hosts and guests alike. The bulk of my experience lies in Direct Marketing acquiring new customers through face to face channels for some of the largest organisations in the UK. I have succeeded the level of running my own marketing company so I believe the wealth of skills acquired along the way will help me to continue the nationwide success of Pass the Keys in Leeds.

Location was in area of choice , for family visit , property was clean comfortable, but many essentials were not availble ,. Previous guests towels were hanging in bathroom , many kitchen items missing , i had to buy a cheese grater + salt & pepper & no salad bowels/large saucepan, heating could be turned up a little for evenings & mornings , Only 1 side lamp in 1 of three rooms could be plugged in ( no sockets next to beds ( change position of bed could be simple solution , Lack of mirrors ( 1per bedroom needed ) no hair dryer , table matts if you want to stop table been scratched , coffee table in lounge & waste bins in each bed room needed ; many necessities missing for an easier stay would be advised , ...
