This spacious four bedroom, three bathroom home in the heart of Ulverston is perfect for families, groups and contractors. On the first floor you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you could need, a generous dining room and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. This floor also includes a convenient shower room with WC and an additional room with a fold out bed that can be used as a bedroom.
The second floor offers a modern family bathroom with a bath, shower and WC, along with three well presented double bedrooms each fitted with hangers and shelving for storage.
The top floor features a bright and inviting double bedroom with a cosy snug area complete with bean bags and a TV, as well as its own private en suite.
A high chair and travel cot are available free of charge, ensuring an easy and comfortable stay for guests travelling with children.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. The home will not be shared with anyone else.

We provide guests with a starter pack that includes individual toiletries, two toilet rolls per bathroom, one kitchen roll, and tea and coffee, which typically lasts for the first two days of their stay.
The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
