You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

THE PRACTICAL BITS (WE PROMISE TO KEEP IT BRIEF!)

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If you’d like to request a different time, please let us know in advance — we’ll always try to help, but it’s subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Please be mindful of our cleaning team’s schedule — a £20 charge per half hour will apply for unauthorised late check-outs or early arrivals.

Keys:
You’ll receive check-out instructions the day before departure, including how to return the keys to the key safe. It’s important these are followed, as missed steps can delay our cleaners and impact the rest of their schedule. A £50 fee applies for incorrect key return.
A £100 fee applies for lost keys or additional key requests, such as replacements or extras during your stay. If you are locked out and a call-out is required, a £50 fee will also apply.

Parking:
There is no private parking with the property, but you’ll find easy alternatives nearby:

Please note: ZipCar bookings do not include parking, so this will need to be arranged separately.

Family Facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for £40, which covers delivery and collection. Please bring your own cot bedding. If you’d like to add a high chair as well, both items can be provided for a total of £45.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly not allowed. A £200 fine applies if smoking is detected inside the property.

Extra Guests & Noise:
Only registered guests are allowed in the property unless agreed in advance. As we’re in a residential building, no parties or loud music are permitted. A £250 fine applies for breaking these rules.

Lost Property:
Please check carefully before leaving! Lost items are handled by a third-party courier service who charge a minimum of £25 per item, plus shipping costs.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
