A peaceful stay awaits in this spacious and welcoming home, designed for comfort and quality time together. With multiple living areas, generous bedrooms and a private garden, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

The ground floor features a very large open‑plan kitchen, dining and living area, ideal for cooking, eating and spending time together. The well‑equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home‑cooked meals, while the dining area comfortably seats the whole group for family breakfasts or evening dinners. The adjoining living space provides a cosy spot to sit back, read, play games or simply enjoy each other’s company.

Upstairs, the first floor offers a bright main lounge with two comfortable sofas, large windows and a piano, creating a light‑filled and inviting space. It is the perfect spot to relax in the evenings, watch TV, enjoy music or gather round to chat after a day out exploring. This second living area means families or groups can spread out, with quiet space for adults while children play downstairs.

Also on the first floor you will find a twin bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, overlooking the garden. This room is ideal for children, friends or other family members who prefer separate beds, and offers a calm, restful atmosphere. Additionally, there is a full bathroom featuring a corner bath, perfect for a relaxing soak or for bathing little ones after a busy day.

The second floor has two double bedrooms, one front‑facing and one rear‑facing, both with ample storage for clothes and luggage. These comfortable rooms provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day, with space to unpack and feel at home during longer stays. On this floor you will also find another full bathroom with shower, making mornings easy for families and groups and reducing the need to queue.

Outside, there is a private rear garden to relax in, complete with garden furniture for outdoor dining or a quiet morning coffee. This secure outdoor space is ideal for children to play or adults to enjoy a drink in the fresh air. At the front of the property, there is driveway parking, plus ample free on‑street parking for additional cars, providing convenient and stress‑free arrival and departure for guests travelling by car.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
