Excited to let my newly renovated 1BR Apt! It’s close to some great outdoor activities, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities and art and culture. Our apartment is is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. You are on the fringes of the city centre but if you love nature and beautiful walks, the Comber Greenway and Victoria Park are very close by. A perfect location for getting out and about and the perfect apartment for a night in!

Overview
We believe in the original idea of offering people unique places to stay and in areas that have a more local feel. If you are here for an extended stay, our apartment is set up with everything you could need. We are close by and are available if you have any pressing concerns, issues, or just want a recommendation. Having lived in Belfast for many years, we are well placed to offer a recommendation for pretty much anything so please ask!
We believe Belfast is one of the great underrated European cities and if you leave with positive thoughts of our city, we will consider it a job well done 🙂

The Apartment
Regarding the apartment it is a self contained apartment in a superb location and comes with free on street parking. The bedroom is an en suite with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a 50in smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!
The bathroom houses a great shower and we supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash. There is also an extra bathroom with toilet and sink.

The Area
We are located just off the Albertridge Road and a 5 minute walk from Russells Cellars shop that sells all essentials. There are lots of amenities in the immediate vicinity just a short distance away is Ballyhackamore where you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun. You are also an 5 minute bus ride / 20 minute walk to the city centre. Being such a small city, everywhere is also pretty much walkable so make sure to take your time and get to really know the city by walking through all the neighbourhoods to get from A to B. Northern Irish people are very friendly and will be happy to help you out if you need directions or advice!

Victoria Park, Orangefield Park, and Ormeau Park are short distance away and is great for an early morning run or evening stroll.
The Comber Greenway is can be found very close to the apartment and is a fantastic place for a walk or cycle. it goes all the way to the beautiful town of Comber.
The Strand Cinema is very close by and is a beautiful old movie theatre in Art deco style.

Cleaning
To put your mind at ease, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast and they adhere to strict new cleaning guidelines.

Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don’t worry if you get held up!

Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm and checkout 11am but please ask us before arriving and we will try to accommodate a bending of these rules. As seasoned travellers we know only too well how nice an early check in or late checkout can feel!
Other things to note
This is a residential zone and there are strictly no parties or extra guests allowed. Please be aware that your stay will be cancelled immediately without refund if these rules are found to be broken.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.
