Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garden. There is parking available in front of the house, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a car, as a permit is required for parking.
I have partnered with the award-winning property management company Pass the Keys® to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Pass the Keys® provides hotel-standard service for short-let properties like mine, ensuring that my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also offer 24/7 guest support, providing local assistance before and during your stay.
The home is thoroughly maintained and cleaned, with professionally laundered linens and toiletries provided. A local, community-based team from Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property to ensure it meets their Property Readiness.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
