This beautiful and newly renovated 1870s Victorian townhouse in the centre of Cambridge has been recently converted into a number of 1 bedroom apartments over five stories. The owner has spared no expense to modernize the interiors while retaining key architectural features throughout from the Victorian Era.
Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this is the perfect location for a group of up to 4 persons looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short distance and walk away.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed, and a wardrobe with drawers and hanging space.
Sofa Bed in Lounge: Suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, and available at an additional cost. Please request during your booking for delivery of linen prior to checking in.
We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are available for your stay.
Main bathroom with walk in shower.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV with all your favourite TV and Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required for streaming channels. There is also shared front and back gardens for guests to enjoy.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use.
PARKING:
There is no parking available at the property, and parking on the street is for local residents only and strictly controlled. Short term parking is available on the street in front of the property, and overnight car parks are available nearby (5-10 minutes walk) that are free to park in overnight. Please contact us for parking advice if this is required.
OUT AND ABOUT:
We are situated in a prime location in the centre of Cambridge, and a short walk from Parkers Piece and the Botanic Gardens. It is less than 15 minutes walk to Regent Street shops, trendy Mill Road, or the River Cam . There is an array of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from nearby, that are within walking distance. This is the perfect location in the city centre for all occasions and a prime location to explore many of Cambridge’s famous attractions and colleges.
Cambridge train station is a 15 minute walk, and the Drummer Street bus terminal 14 minutes walk, with destinations available around the city. The National Express bus stop for the main airports is a 15-20 minute walk.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of the entire apartment, and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

– Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
– Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
– Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in the entrance hallway.
– We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods, toilet paper, and kitchen rolls. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.
– This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
