Welcome to your home away from home in Walthamstow, a bright and stylish flat set in a modern building, perfect for couples, families or friends visiting London.

The flat has a spacious and comfortable living room where you can truly relax after a day out. There is a large sofa that easily transforms into a cosy sofa bed for two guests, a smart TV for movie nights and fast, reliable WiFi. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted and ideal for cooking meals at home or enjoying a slow breakfast before heading out.

The bedroom is calm and welcoming, with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space to unpack and settle in. A baby cot with mattress is always available in the bedroom, making it a great option for guests travelling with little ones. Please note that baby linen is not provided, so you will need to bring your own.

The flat also offers a full bathroom with a shower over the bath, perfect for a quick refresh or a long soak.

One of the highlights of the property is the lovely balcony, with open views across London and the city skyline. It is a wonderful spot to sit back with a drink, especially during the summer months, and enjoy a peaceful moment above the city.

The location is well connected, with plenty of buses nearby and easy tube access to central London, making it simple to explore everything the city has to offer while staying in a vibrant and local neighbourhood.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
