Surround yourself with style in this modern, architect designed city apartment in an exclusive gated eco development close to the centre of Chichester. This two bedroom, newly refurbished apartment is a close walk to the town centre. It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. The perfect getaway, you’ll have a lovely time in this comfortable and well thought-out home.

The property combines a contemporary design aesthetic with the latest in green technology. Its eco credentials include a sedum natural-plant roof, effective solar panels and an efficient heat pump. Air conditioning keeps things cool on warmer days. Wherever possible, we have used sustainably sourced and locally produced furnishings. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests (one king bedroom and a twin bedroom (can also be made up as a king on request). It is located less than a mile from the centre of Chichester, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

As you enter the communal driveway there is private parking for one vehicle. As you head through the locked gate into the development you enter a small courtyard area with an outdoor staircase heading up the apartment. Outside the front door is a small area with a bistro table and chair set, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

Enter the front door into the spacious and stylish open plan kitchen and living area. The living area is bright with plenty of seating with a large comfortable sofa and two additional chairs. There are books and a Smart TV in the living area. (You will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications.) The large picture window allows plenty of light into this beautifully decorated and comfortable space.

The kitchen is open plan with a high breakfast bar creating a lovely social cooking space. It is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is also a Nespresso machine with a selection of coffee pods. Behind the kitchen is the large dining table, with seating for four.

To the right of the front door is the large master bedroom. Beautifully decorated and generously sized there is plenty of storage space with both a wardrobe and chest of drawers. This king sized bedroom benefits from a lovely bright modern ensuite shower room.

To the left of the living area is the second twin bedroom which has the flexibility to be made up as a super king bed. This bedroom will be made up as a twin unless otherwise requested at the time of booking. This stylishly decorated bedroom also has plenty of storage with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and also some bench seating.

Behind the dining area is the second bathroom, which offers a shower over bath.

You will have access to the whole apartment. I won’t be around in person however I have help managing my property by a local professional management company. It is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with professionally laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be welcome for those arriving after a long journey!

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Other items included are a kitchen pack including a tea towel, bin liners, jeyes cloths, sponge, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, a washing pod and some dishwasher tablets, as well as some loo rolls. If more supplies are needed, there is a local shop at the end of Cleveland Road (turn left out of the drive), Lindwhyke Stores.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the car park space downstairs. Please only park in this allocated space (please note the parking space is not suitable for large commercial vehicles). The outdoor areas such as the courtyard and staircases are communal and out of respect to our neighbours we ask that this property is not suitable for under 12s.

Parking
There is one allocated parking space in the development. If you have a second car, there is additional free parking on Yorke Road and Royal Close, (Cleveland Road is permit only) or the Market Car Park in town is available and is 5 minute walk away.

Please note the parking space is not suitable for large commercial vehicles.

Check In / Check OUt
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Please be sure to check out on time so there is no disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Access to the property is via remote self-check in. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.
