We also have Ludlow racecourse on our doorstep.

We have parking for two cars, along with EV charger.

The space
This brand new house is located on the new development Quarry place, which is a 10-minute walk from Ludlow town centre.

On the ground floor, you walk into a main living area, which leads to an open plan kitchen dining area, with patio doors out onto the garden. The garden has yet to be finished.

Stairs from the lounge lead to two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds.

In the bathroom, we have a bathtub, with a shower over the bath.

Other things to note
Please beware the property is located on a new development, Quarry Place, which is still under construction. So the roads to the property are not finished and there is construction traffic as you drive onto the development, so please be careful when moving around the site.

We have allocated parking for two vehicles in front of the property and an EV charging point.

Travel Cot and High Chair available on request.

Please be courteous to our neighbors when coming and going from the property, this is their home. Thank you.

Supermarkets
There is a Tesco and an Aldi located within a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk towards the town center and a new Sainsburys, again 5-minute drive on the A49.

Local Restaurants
Local restaurants. A 5-minute walk from the property we have The Unicorn Inn. From here as you head into the town centre there are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. Here are some of my favourites. If you are looking for more fine dining, Motimers and Forelles are good. The Fish House, The French Pantry and Bistro 7. Wildwood for Pizza. The Church Inn, which is in the centre of the town. The Chang Thai Bar, The Blue Boar, The Feathers Hotel, which dates back to 1619. For a quick bite, Vaughans sandwich bar or CSONS, which is located next to the River Teme both service vegetarian and vegan. And Taste at no 1, which not only sells coffee but sells Gin too.

Local Attractions
You couldn’t come to Ludlow without visiting the Castle, which dates back to 1066 or one of our famous local markets, which is on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday selling lots of yummy local produce. On a Sunday it turns into a flea market. In the center of the town is the Ludlow Assembly Rooms, which dates back to 1840, a vibrant arts and community center, with cinema and live shows. A must-visit is the Ludlow Farm Shop which is a one-of-a-kind shopping environment where farming, passion for great food and retail come together to create an award-winning experience. If you like beer, the Ludlow Brewing company is worth a visit and is only a 10-minute walk. We also have Ludlow Racecourse, which is a great day out. Being based in beautiful South Shropshire Hills, which has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We have plenty of walks. Check out shropshirehillsaonb.co.uk or visit The Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms. In Ludlow, we have Mortimer Forest where every Saturday at 9 am we have the park run. If you are not feeling as energetic as that, then there are plenty of trails to meander around. The local Swimming Pool is within walking distance. Mortimer Forest. Excellent stay, perfect for family / couples. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything was there for a great stay, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee machine, spices, salt etc. Location was excellent, a lovely 20 mins walk into town. Very quiet location, parking for 2 cars. The centre was amazing, lovely to see independent shops and that the town hasn't been taken over by the giant name shops. So old and steeped in history. Nothing ... Read full reviewClose

Comfortable house on the outskirts of Ludlow. We wanted somewhere outside the centre of Ludlow and this was perfect. The parking was easy with electric charger although we didn't use it. The. house was immaculate and very well equipped and easy to use. There was even a lovely little garden with automatic watering system. Everything seemed to have been thought of. The surroundings were peaceful even though it was a modern estate.. The main reason I would not stay there again is the verification system the host uses called Superhog. I found it intrusive and unnecessary and quite stressful to use. The upstairs newel post was loose and came off frequently. This needs to be fixed as it could be dangerous. The gas hob didn't always light though battery lighters were provided. Matches would have been more reliable! The selection of glasses was inadequate so we had to buy our own. These niggles stood out when the rest of the house and its contents were so excellent. ... Read full reviewClose

Pass The Keys Modern House Ludlow. Knew the area quite well before booking. House was a nice clean two bedroomed modern house. Nice to have a booklet on the tablet, explaining what was in the house. Nice garden area but didn't have time to use. Nice to have toilet downstairs, but seemed a bit strange to be behind the lounge door and part of the kitchen area.. No tv's upstairs. Not a lot of storage downstairs to put items that didn't need to go in a fridge. Kitchen area seemed to echo quite a bit when speaking. Hangers to high for short person. Floor in bathroom got quite wet after a shower. Shower mat had a little mould on. Square bits on banisters seemed loose. One other point. There seemed a lot of extra communication with texts, even though i booked through Booking.com and gave times of arrival, and had my messages confirmed. These gave me added stress, i didn't need! I accept that you said you would send code for the key the day before arrival. We weren't totally sure about bin instructions so i took some of our rubbish home. There was a box of champage bottles left in alleyway before we arrived. ... Read full reviewClose

Very enjoyable stay .. The lounge furniture could be more comfortable.
  • Elizabeth Richardson 22/09/2024
Overall great location with well presented modern accommodation and sunny private back garden.. Location was very good. Sunny rear garden with seating was a bonus. Cleanliness of bedrooms and bathrooms was excellent. Ample cutlery and crockery and other utensils in the kitchen. Very modern property.. Didn't like the deposit alternative - £500 refundable or £50 none refundable! Either way thought it was extremely excessive! Vacuum cleaner was 'full' of dirt. Large dead slug and slug excrement along kitchen skirting below kitchen table. Very small living room although well equipped with seating, cushions, coffee table and TV. ... Read full reviewClose

A great house for a short or long stay.. The house was perfect for us. It was only a short stay but the location was great. It lacked nothing. The house is modern, uncluttered and bright. The beds are so comfortable. The garden has been well designed and is perfect for relaxing outside. We would definitely stay again.. No blind in the bathroom. ... Read full reviewClose
