It is the perfect place for a group of up to 8 people looking to explore, work, or just enjoy your time in Cambridge with everything needed a short walk or drive away.

This is open plan living spread over 3 floors and it has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge. There is an enclosed and private garden, free off street parking on the driveway, modern amenities, and superfast wifi for work or play.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Bed, Ensuite with walk-in shower, and a built-in wardrobe.
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed with TV and chest of drawers.
3rd Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed and chest of drawers
4th Bedroom: 1 x Double Bed, and a workspace with Desk, monitor and ethernet connection.
Main bathroom with bath and handheld shower.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
On the ground floor there is a well appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV. On the 2nd floor a second lounge to use as a cinema room or chill out zone, and a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube installed. Own account required for streaming. There is a dedicated working space in the 4th bedroom, with an ethernet connection and super fast wifi (200Mbps) available throughout the property. There is also an enclosed private garden with outdoor furniture available for use.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
Free parking is available in front of the house on the driveway for one car. There is an EV charger (Type 2 – 220 Volts) on the driveway free to use. Free on-street parking is also available on the road in designated areas. Please refer to parking signs.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in Trumpington in a new development it is a 5 minute drive to Addenbrookes hospital and the Bio-Medical Campus. There is direct access along Trumpington High Street into Cambridge city centre and train station (10 minutes drive). We are also situated right next to Trumpington Park and Ride with buses into the city centre. Our home is the perfect stay for all occasions.

There is a kids playground at the end of the street, and a local coffee shop and Sainsburys Local supermarket (4 minutes walk). Ten minutes walk there is a Waitrose Superstore, and the local High street with restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Great walks and trails nearby along the River Cam.

My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

– We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
– Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.

– Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to the property prior to your stay.
– Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in shoe cupboard in the entrance hall.
– We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away.
– This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
