The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Joseph Kwan 19/11/2025I liked: Comfortable and quiet apartment in an excellent location. Just a few mins walk from Goldhawk Road Station and few more mins to Shepherd's Bush Station. Open view from windows as it is located on higher level. Came across some issues during my stay but the host replied promptly even at night for solution. The kitchen has almost everything. Emma McLaughlin 19/07/2025I liked: The location of the apartment was great, and didn't take long to get in to central London. Fantastic views from the balcony and was a comfortable apartment I did not like: The hosts requested our estimated check in time which i had submitted as 5pm. Due to delayed travel, we didnt arrive until 830pm... only to try to get the keys from the box and they weren't there... turns out the cleaner was still in the apartment 'cleaning'. We should have been able to check in from 3pm - but in reality, it was 9pm before we were alone in the apartment. The apartment also wasn't very clean - the rug in the living room really needs replaced and you didnt want to walk on the floors with your shoes off. TV wasn't working which was reported to the hosts, only to receive a response that "the previous guest didnt report an issue" with no further help - thankfully we managed to tape the wire into place and got it working ourselves. Balcony needs some attention & the WiFi kept dropping in & out. The £40 or £500 damage waiver fee is a bit ridiculous and unnecessary. We had booked for 3 people meaning we needed the sofa bed - although no bedding etc was left out. We had to dig through the wardrobe only to find red bags of what looked like dirty laundry which had been left. To top it off, we also received an email requesting i pay £50 for late check out the day we arrived - which was obviously supposed to be directed to the previous guest. Not to mention the 8 phone calls received before even setting foot in the property. Gun Stenberg 29/04/2025I liked: Området är trevligt, gott om butiker och bl.a. fina pubar i närheten. Supermarkets på gångavstånd. Bra kommunikationer med både tunnelbana och bussar. Nära till en stor park. Trots mycket folk i rörelse var det relativt lugnt i området. Lägenheten är lagom stor för 2 - 3 personer och har det mesta man behöver. Badrummet är fräscht. Trevligt med balkong. Lättstädat med trägolv. Värmesystemet fungerade bra. Läget högst upp i huset är bra då trafikbruset dämpas en del. Fastigheten verkar välskött, städning och sophantering fungerade bra. Värden PasstheKeys får högsta betyg, tillmötesgående och lätta att komma i kontakt med och tog tag i mindre problem som dök upp under våra 4 veckor. I did not like: Vi saknade instruktioner. T.ex finns bara on-line TV och för detta fanns 3 fjärrkontroller. Bruksanvisning hade varit bra. Reglering av spis och ugn är lite krångligt med otydlig display av kontrollfunktionerna. Något sparsmakat möblemang. En nära granne var väldigt stökig ett par nätter. Ett anslag från polisen vid grinden till fastigheten informerar att huset är under bevakning.
