SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them.
Please note, there is no door separating bedroom from living room, it is all open plan other than the shower room.
My property management team and I will be available 24/7 email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need.

– When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
– If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
– If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a £100 fee will apply

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
