The flat is set across two levels and has its own private street entrance, giving it a lovely sense of independence and ease. Step inside on the ground floor and you’ll find a bright, welcoming living space designed for both relaxing and getting things done. There’s a comfortable sofa, a TV/screen, and a dedicated workspace, ideal whether you’re unwinding after a day out or catching up on emails. The sofa also converts into a double bed, making the space flexible for additional guests.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in.
Downstairs, the basement level is calm and cosy, offering a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed. There’s a large walk-in wardrobe, so you can properly settle in, and a sleek, modern bathroom with a generous shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city.
Set in a charming residential street yet just moments from the buzz of South Kensington, the flat strikes that rare balance between peaceful retreat and central convenience. With excellent transport links nearby and plenty of great spots to eat and drink on your doorstep, it’s an ideal home away from home for your London stay.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
