The space
This lovely two-bedroom apartment has been recently modernised to the highest of standards and benefits from plenty of storage, a brand new and modern open plan kitchen that is perfect for nights in, two bright and spacious bedrooms, and two modern family bathrooms; one with bathtub and one ensuite with shower. Toiletries for the first few days are provided, as well as fluffy towels and bed linens. Last but not least, the private decked sun terrace accessible directly from the living area is perfect for a summer al fresco meal.
Minimalist furnishings and a contemporary feel mark this apartment out from the others in the building. Located in an extremely lively and well-connected area it offers a range of choices when it comes to the restaurants as well as every retail therapy you could possibly want with many lovely local shops.
Cleanliness is incredibly important for us and our guests, and even more so now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. This is a CLEAN ENTIRE APARTMENT, and our property is cleaned and disinfected after every checkout.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment and the shared garden.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. A £100 charge or a 1 extra night is applied for late checkout.
Please note that if you lose the keys a £100 fee or more will be applied to cover the cost of the lock replacement. £50 fee is applied if you forget the keys inside the flat. Please be careful with them.

The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap.
Please note that there is no allocated parking at the property. You cannot use the driveway as it belongs to the flat below and therefore parking in it and leaving the car causes problems. However, parking is free on any of the surrounding roads off the main road. Thanks!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Safiyya Hanslod 02/06/2024This is a gem of a place to stay in London for a good price. I was at first hesitant to book because of some of the bad reviews but I would take those with more than a grain of salt as this place was amazing and blew our expectations away. We were a family of three travelling to London for the first time and this made our experience enjoyable in a city where its hard to find a decent two bedroom and two bathroom (!!) place for a really good price and location. It was pretty easy to collect the keys from the lockbox as everything was well explained in advance through messages and in the guidebook. The front door is where you enter to get to the residence and the flat is the first door on the main floor. The overground St. Johns station is a five minute walk away and the bus stop is right across from the place. There are frequent trains and buses and it took us about 20-25 minute to get into central London via overground. There's a small Londis right across the street and there are multiple convenience/grocery stores down the road. When it comes to stocking up food items and essentials theres an Asda and a Tesco about fifteen minute walking distance from the residence. An honourable mention is this nice Sri Lankan restaurant Everest Curry King down the street which I recommend for a good meal when coming back early from the city. The flat was also really clean, there are enough pots and pans and utensils for cooking breakfast, and the instructions for heating were well laid out - only just took some time for the heating to kick in. Wifi quality was good and the TV has some good subscriptions app services which you can use your own login info to connect. The only thing I would recommend to add to the experience is to include all purpose cleaning sprays for the guests to use for wiping down the kitchen counters, laundry detergent for the washer, and a guidebook for how to use the laundry machine and stove as we were not used to the one provided.. Miriam Tasche 26/05/2024Tolle Wohnung für eine kleine Familie. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse, die gut ausgestattet ist und eine tolle Anbindung an die Innenstadt hat. Der Bus fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab, zum Bahnhof (3 Stationen), wo man zwei verschiedene Züge nutzen kann, die in 8 Minuten an der London Bridge sind. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, einen großen Wohn-Küchen Bereich und eine schöne Terrasse, wo wir gerne gefrühstückt haben. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung der Wohnung. Waren sehr bemüht, dass alles top ist.. Es war nicht so schön sauber auf der Terrasse und die Böden in den Schlafzimmern. Nikola Kleszczewnik 07/01/2024We’d enjoy our stay if the apartment was clean. Please focus on that before your next guests.. The property was very spacious with two bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and it had everything we basically needed. There was also TV in our apartment, so we really appreciated that. In addition, the terrace would be a great option for people visiting in summer as we’ve not really had a chance to enjoy it due to the weather conditions. Also, both bedrooms had a large mirror with a table, so it was quite useful for us girls. Moreover, the apartment was located very close to the train station (10 min walk). Lastly, there was a lot of storage space to store your clothes.. 1. I’d say the entire apartment wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. We’ve found a lot of wrappers and CLIPPED NAILS ON THE FLOOR IN THE LIVING ROOM - meaning that the apartment was not vacuumed before our stay as they were all over the place, especially under the sofa. 2. It wasn’t very clean… The bathroom floor was very filthy. We’ve slightly cleaned the entire bathroom ourselves after we saw the state of the floor, but I would not recommend stepping on it without having a towel on the floor (obviously the one you’re not going to use later on). There was also mould in the bathroom. 3. I suspect you don’t clean the carpets every time someone checks out, but I would recommend to get rid of them in the future if you’ve got no intention of cleaning them as they were clearly dirty. 4. We could literally hear everything that our next door neighbours were doing whilst we were laying in bed, including sex noises and a huge party that lasted until the early hours of the morning. I understand that there is not much you can do about the walls, but it would be good to inform your guests that they should keep the noise to the reasonable levels as there is nothing wrong with having a party, but please remember that there are other people behind the wall ) 5. The smoke alarm kept on beeping every 30 seconds. We’ve been informed that the batteries need replacing and advised to replace them ourselves. However, bare in mind that the cleaner was fully aware of the noises, but decided not to do anything about it. 6. Although the train station was reasonably close to the property, it usually took us over an hour to get to the centre of London using the underground/ train facilities. Please bare that in mind if you’re planning to travel a lot during your stay. Also, Uber was quite cheap, so it might be a good alternative. 7. The area where the apartment is located was loud.
