The property is close to Leamington Town Centre, whilst also offering direct links into Coventry & Birmingham making this a perfect base for exploring Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.
The property is originally a three bedroom apartment but is used currently as a two bedroom with a separate designated office space with a desk and chair. There is a travel cot in the 3rd bedroom / office space in case required for a small child.
The kitchen has all of the modern amenities required for a smooth and comfortable stay with seating for up to 6 guests at the dining table.
Guests are invited to relax and unwind in the large lounge area which hosts a large TV with all the relevant accessible apps you may require.
There is free parking for 1 car directly in front of the garage at the property. For all additional parking, please use Cloister Way prior to where the new development starts just down the road as no cars are permitted for parking on the road on the new development.
Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.


Hi, I’m Hamish, owner of Pass the Keys Warwickshire. I’m passionate about the area where I live, having moved away from London a good few years ago. The beauty of the rolling hills in the North Cotswolds and the history that is plain to see in the ancient towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon is amazing, along with the buzzing regency nightlife in Leamington Spa.
