As you step inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting living area, thoughtfully arranged with a cosy sofa and a TV/screen that also doubles as a practical workspace—ideal if you need to catch up on emails or simply unwind after a day in the city. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner at home.
Upstairs, the first floor features a beautifully set king-size bed designed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a spacious wardrobe to settle in comfortably. The bathroom is modern and fresh, complete with a sleek shower.
One of the highlights of the property is the lovely front yard—a perfect little spot to enjoy your morning coffee or some fresh air in the evening.
Set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, you’ll be surrounded by a great selection of local restaurants and bars, giving you a taste of the area’s character. At the same time, excellent transport links make it easy to reach central London and explore everything the city has to offer.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
The apartment has internal stairs within the apartment which are narrow and steep. For this reason, it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.
*** Please be informed that scaffolding has recently been put up on the building on the side of the property. We do not expect this to cause any disruption, though there may occasionally be some noise during weekday working hours. ***
* Please be aware that the apartment is located on the building 3rd floor. While there is a lift available, there are also a significant number of stairs leading to the apartment from its entrance door, so guests with mobility concerns should take this into consideration.
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
