**As this property is located on the top floor, we kindly ask guests with children to be particularly cautious when using the balcony. The balcony offers stunning views but is high above ground level, so it’s important to ensure that children are supervised at all times while outside. For safety reasons, we recommend keeping the balcony doors closed and locked when not in use. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority, so please enjoy the space responsibly**

– Check-in/out times: Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 11am. A £30 charge applies for early check-in or late check-out without prior permission.
– We provide a starter supply of toiletries and basic consumables to cover the first couple of days of your stay. This includes items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, and sugar. These are intended to make your arrival comfortable and give you time to settle in. However, please note that they may not be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, so we recommend purchasing additional supplies locally as needed.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
