The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY

– Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
– The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
– A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys – please be careful with them.
– Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
– Mid-stay cleaning is available during your stay if needed at an extra charge.
– Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
