I am Melissa Clee, owner of Pass the Keys Lincolnshire! The main draw for me to join the Pass the Keys family was the vast amount of expertise available and the 24/7 support through customised apps and technology systems. I was extremely excited to buy into the nation wide short term management company, as the Lincoln franchise owner this year, as I can now visualise a scalable property management service in Lincoln through the Pass the Keys model.

Claire Ward 29/05/2024Stunning property. Welcoming and inviting home. Beautiful house and location. We had a wonderful time. Well stocked kitchen with loads of room for the whiole family. Comfy beds - felt very at home. Wished we booked for a longer stay. Nice touch supplying logs for the wood burner. Will definitely book to stay again.. Only slight things to mention are that we couldn’t find a coffee machine, but there was a cafetière. Had that been clear on listing we would have brought our one from home. Bath was a little slippery so we would bring bath mat for next visit (Just general comments for guests booking in future to note). Didn’t feel asking for additional ££ to use travel cot/high chair was necessary. We did bring and use our own but noticed high chair was at the property, perhaps cot too (didn’t rummage around too much in the under stairs cupboard). Presume this extra charge is more from booking agent rather than the host! ... Read full reviewClose
