Located just minutes from Buxton’s famous Crescent, Opera House, and Pavilion Gardens, our apartment is the perfect base for exploring the charm of this historic spa town and the surrounding Peak District National Park.

Bedroom: Comfy king- bed with comfy bedding, and storage space
Living Area: At the end of the hallway is the spacious and light lounge area with Smart TV, XBOX360 & Hi Speed WiFi, you will also find the sofa (converts into double sofa bed) and dining table in the bay window.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & cookware. The first left is the kitchen area and the second left is the king bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom: sparkling clean with a bathtub, towels, and toiletries. The entrance reveals a hallway with a WC to the right.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Matt & Kerry have been passionate about the wonderful Peak District for most of their lives, enjoying the area for both business and pleasure. Matt is the main day-to-day contact, a business consultant, short term letting & property professional, successfully launching & managing his own Peak District holiday cottage business over the last couple of years, Kerry is also an experienced Operations Director. In recent years, Matt & Kerry also launched a property business in Bulgaria, helping customers with an end-to-end service, allowing them to invest in the Bulgarian property market, as well as build their own property and land portfolio. They bring an in-depth knowledge of the Peak District and understand the challenges owners may face in this area, helping them to maximize their property occupancy rates, as well as introducing many ways to support guests' enjoyment of the property and help them to explore the Peak District more fully.

      Great cosy place, would recommend. The apartment had all the things we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Bathtub. Good location wrt train station and city center. Grocery store was next door. The apartment was clean. Hot water and heating were good. Water pressure was also nice. The apartment is very cosy to stay in. Felt like home away from home.. We didn't find a third set of towels as we had booked for three people. Instructions for the oven and washer dryer would have been very helpful.
