Having been finished to a very high standard, and sleeping up to 6 people, this wonderful home away from home provides the perfect base from which to explore everything this city has to offer. The property boasts two bathrooms, a free allocated parking space and smart TV.

The space
The space
The open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen is light and spacious, providing a fantastic sociable living area to relax in. The kitchen is equipped with appliances which include a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washer. The lounge boasts a large comfy sofa, perfect for relaxing in.
Both double bedrooms are beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings and luxurious cotton bed linen. The main bedroom is particularly bright and spacious with a plush double bed, hanging rail, dressing table and chest of drawers. So you can pack as much as you like!
The second bedroom is equally lovely, with a double bed, plenty of space under the bed, built in wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom has been finished with a 3 piece white suite with walk in shower.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay, and linens and towels are replenished with freshly laundered. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need assistance during your stay.
We have the benefit of an allocated parking space, which is a rarity so close to the city centre! Please refer to the ‘Other things to note’ section.

Guests will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
DIRECTIONS
If you are driving to the property, access to Kingfisher House is gained from James Street, where you will need to turn off on Brinkworth Terrace. Following Brinkworth Terrace you will go through a short tunnel in one of the buildings. Continue to the end and Kingfisher House is on your right.
PARKING
Parking is in a small car park adjacent to Kingfisher House. Guests are permitted to park in the spot allocated for flat 4. You will find the key safe located on the parking bollard.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
