Guests are invited to relax and unwind at our centrally located property in the heart of the North Cotswolds Historic village of Shipston-on-Stour.
You’re invited to use our comfortable property as a great base to explore the local surrounding area … offering great walks, meals out and fine pubs in the Cotswolds area.
We are a short drive from the Cotswolds Gin & Whisky distillery, perfect for an afternoon enjoying some of the region’s best made spirits.
Our large, open plan kitchen / lounge area offers a sociable cooking space with floods of natural light.
The bedroom offers ample storage and a comfy king bed whilst the bathroom has both a bath and shower facility.
There is no designated parking included in the stay. However there is a paid car park directly outside the front door which guests are advised to use or simply use local free car parks located within a 3 – 5 minute walk of the front door.
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay. The space is not shared with anyone else.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Hi, I’m Hamish, owner of Pass the Keys Warwickshire. I’m passionate about the area where I live, having moved away from London a good few years ago. The beauty of the rolling hills in the North Cotswolds and the history that is plain to see in the ancient towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon is amazing, along with the buzzing regency nightlife in Leamington Spa. I was introduced to short-term management capabilities of property through my own renovation work on a couple of my own projects and now I’m keen to share the secrets of my success with other property owners that want increased revenue and more flexibility to use their property whenever they wish. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Warwickshire and offering more spectacular places for anyone to visit, unwind and stay.

Victoria Hindes 06/01/2026I liked: The place was very comfortable and perfect for a week stay in the winter. It had everything we needed and was in a great central spot in Shipston-on-Stour and close to lots of lovely Cotswolds villages. The host was very organized and sent clear check-in instructions with photos ahead of time, which made everything super easy to check in. The apartment was cozy and nicely decorated, and the heated floors were a great bonus during the winter. Being on the third floor we had lovely views of Shipston from all the rooms. We found the area to be really quiet and the modern amenities added positively to the apartment. It was a very comfortable place to spend Christmas and relax. I did not like: We read that there was free parking a few minutes away, but we never saw where it was or how to get there. Miles Norman 16/08/2025I liked: Firstly, I found the accommodation exactly as pictured and described on the website. Spacious, clean, bright yet easy on the eye, comfortable, well equipped and pretty quiet, being away from the main road and commercial centre. Also good being at the top. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and stylised with some very pleasing touches. I did not like: The ironing board was very unstable, but otherwise everything else was fine or better. A radio would be a good addition and also a spare wash basin for bathing tired feet from walking.
