This generous property comfortably accommodates 13 guests, and upon request the sofa bed allows up to 15 guests. The home is split between the main house and a comfortable loft space:
Main house: Hosts the majority of the bedrooms and living areas.
Loft space: Dedicated area for 4 guests, offering privacy and extra comfort – perfect for a family group, friends retreat, or work-away scenario.
The beds plus extra sofa bed if needed. The mix means you can tailor the stay to your group’s needs.
Expansive living areas, a large garden for outdoor time, modern amenities, and flexible sleeping arrangements make this home ideal for friends, families, corporate groups or multi-family breaks.

The house is located on Wellington Road, Muxton, placing you within convenient reach of Telford town centre, the M54 motorway junctions and local shops.

Guests will have direct and self contained access to the loft, the driveway for parking and the garden.
• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
• Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
• A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
• Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
• If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
