My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days
-Toiletries and Consumables
We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too. We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

– Check-in / Checkout
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
