Our property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel-quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible. The flat is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Martina Farrugia 17/12/2024Great location and ovely accommodation but sketchy block and hidden deposit required.. The location is just a few minutes from London Bridge Station which gives you a great connection coming in from Gatwick (36mins by train) and easy connections everywhere else. There are good restaurants all around and Borough Market is just a few mins away. The flat is really nicely done up, with two comfortable bedrooms, a good sized bathroom and a nice living room and well equipped kitchen. The flat was very warm. Price per night was good and management were responsive to issues that arose.. The entrance to the building and the common areas look a bit dodgy. The apartment is in a high rise on the 16th floor with lots of other residential apartments on each floor. I wouldn't have liked to be there alone. Obtaining the key from the lockpad near the park was awkward and dirty as the lock pad lies on the floor and requires you to fumble around on the floor until you manage to put in the correct code and open it up. the bath is also a bit wobbly and has shower curtains which are not nice to touch. The property requests a non refundable security deposit of £40 or a refundable deposit of £500. This is in the fine print but doesn't appear in the transaction details when you are concluding the booking. Only realised after I paid a non refundable price and later received an email from a third party company called Superhog requesting the deposit, who also sent repeated messages in the middle of the night to verify my booking.This felt like I was being scammed out of an extra £40 (who's going to trust giving £500 as a deposit and hoping that it won't be kept for imaginary damage?) and should be clear in the booking transaction. ... Wir haben 2x den falschen Code bekommen und mussten im strömenden Regen herumprobieren. Die wackelige Badewanne mit den zu langen Duschvorhängen war gefährlich. Nos enviaron por escrito un código para la recogida de las llaves en el safe key que era erróneo. Fue muy complicado contactar por teléfono y conseguir que nos dieran el código correcto del safe key. Gertraud Ksellmann 06/06/2024Eine schöne Wohnung mit tollen Blick. Die Wohnung war sehr hell, ruhig und der Blick war atemberaubend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, wir waren in 10 Minunten bei der U-Bahn London Bridge und in 15 Minuten an der Tower Bridge. 5 Minuten weg ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der aber ausreicht. Gleich an der London Brigde ist so ein Art Biergarten, wo es wirklich sehr leckere Pizza gab. Die Schlüsselübergabe war mit Code und genauer Anleitung. Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet und den Klapptisch kann man mit bisschen überlegen gut ausziehen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.. Claudia Petley 12/03/2024The flat was in a perfect location, gorgeous views, but needing a little TLC. Location was fantastic, perfect for where we wanted to visit. It was close to and quite easy to find from London Bridge station. Appreciated the homely touches and all the plants. The self catering side. We booked specifically so that we could sort our own food. There were only five mugs, few glasses, no table to sit at, only three chairs if you'd been able to use the table (which was too rickety and didn't extend). Małgorzata Frosik 05/12/2023Nie do końca zadowolona. -widok z okna -czystość -lokalizacja. -przeciętny standard mieszkania - blaty w kuchni w bardzo złym stanie, nieszczelne okna itd. - brak przystosowania mieszkania dla osób spoza Wielkiej Brytanii (brak chociaż jednego adaptera do gniazdka na wyposazeniu), -brak dokładnych informacji w opisie oferty odnośnie zasad rezerwacji - nie było napisane że wymagany jest zwrotny depozyt w wysokości 2700 PLN (i tak trzyba bylo poniesc koszty transakcji i przewalutowana, brak info kiedy i pod jakimi warunkami otrzymalabym zwrot) lub bezzwrotną opłate dodatkowa 270 PLN. Informacje te otrzymałam dopiero po tym jak już nie można było bezpłatnie odwołać rezerwacji. - w opisie oferty była informacja ze dokumenty można okazać przy przyjeździe na miejsce (podczas checkin) ale okazało się że jednak wymagana jest wcześniejszą weryfikacja przez SuperHog (w opisie było o tym wspomniane bez dokładnych opisu) Byłoby to dla mnie ok, gdybym te informacje otrzymała PRZED dokonaniem rezerwacji lub gdybym mogła bezpłatne zrezygnować po ich otrzymaniu.
