Just a 15-minute walk or a few minute’s drive to Central Headington where you will find everything you need! Gorgeous parks, independent restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, charity shops, a library, barbers/hairdressers, banks, post offices, pharmacies, a gym, and much, much more!

Our nearby recommendations would include visiting the house that CS Lewis lived in and wrote the Narnia books (with a gorgeous nature reserve behind it), taking a stroll through Shotover Country Park or BuryKnowle Park (including kids play area), and going to see the ‘Shark House’ (definitely worth a photo).

OXFORD CITY CENTRE 1 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch the number 8 or X3 bus to the city center where you can explore the famous college grounds and much, much more.

FURTHER AFIELD Train station in the city center. Alternatively, catch a 24/7 bus to London (OxfordTube) and surrounding Airports (TheAirline) from Green Road Round About (15 min walk) or Thornhill Park & Ride (4 min drive).

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property, driveway parking space, and back garden.

The circular staircase to the loft should not be accessed by guests under all circumstances, please.

Other things to note
SELF CHECK-IN
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys, and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

Linen and bedding are not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner, etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

SMART TV
You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime. Terrestrial channels are not available.

ACCESS
Please do not access the loft via the circular staircase, there is no need for guests to access the loft.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
