The space
Really spacious detached new build in an incredible location. It really is so unique to have this much space in this part of town. Downstairs you can enjoy a wide open living space/dining table and kitchen with plush sofa and TV to catch up on your shows! There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and W.C. Double doors leads to outdoor patio with log burner (you must supply your own firewood) and outdoor seating. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms (one king and 2 doubles) with a separate workspace and three bathrooms. Loads of room for family or small group of friends.
The Area
It’s situated on the bustling Ormeau Road which is a 1 min walk away. Here you can find a huge variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Grab groceries in Tesco Express, Centra, the Mace or the huge Spar on Sunnyside Street. There are also an array of wonderful independent shops – buy freshly baked bread, cakes and pastries from Bread and Banjo, artisan cheeses and chutneys from Indie Fude, a fantastic selection of wines in the Vineyard at the end of the street (in my opinion the best off license in Belfast!), insanely good vegan chocolate gelato in Al-Gelato, modern designer flowers and gifts in Memento, local fruit and veg in Michel’s, meat in McCreery’s butchers and a selection of Polish brands in Karolina.
There are more than 18 different cafes and restaurants worth checking out, from Kaffe-o’s Nordic style coffee, to the General Merchants delicious modern brunch, to the classic café grub available at Graffiti. Restaurants include Stove (whose chefs used to work at the highly regarded Ginger and Schuh restaurants in Belfast), The Shed, L’Etoile (classic French food), Greens Pizza (a long standing Belfast favourite), great Indian food at the Bengal Brasserie and the award winning Bia Rebel Ramen.
Nearby bars include stalwarts such as The Errigle Inn who have a selection of different bars and upstairs with live music, The Pavilion who have live music and a comedy club on a Monday night, the Northern Lights and The Parador Lodge (old school!)
There’s also loads of charity shops to pick up knick knacks or have a browse and discover curios.
Guest access
A log burner is provided in the outdoor patio but firewood is not provided.
Other things to note

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.
