This spacious 4 bedroom house is actually half of an old farmhouse which is set near to a golf course and beautiful countryside. You are also very close to Barry Island’s sandy beaches which is the home of hit show Gavin and Stacey.

There are four bedrooms with two double bedrooms located downstairs and two King bedrooms upstairs.

There is a nice private driveway with space for 4 cars with big lawned rear garden.

Supermarkets
Telco is a 3 minute walk away. There is a pharmacy next door to Tesco.

Local Restaurants
There is a pub on Colcott Road – The Colcott Arms. they have a decent food menu and it is child friendly with a big garden.

Local Attractions
There are a range of lovely walks you can do from the house. If you walk down the lane you go past some farm houses, through the golf course and if you are feeling adventurous you could find the lama farm.

Trains
The train station is Barry Central.

Buses
The bus stop is just around the corner outside the fire station and outside Whitmore Highschool.

      Very comfortable sofas and plenty of space for the seven of us to stay. The kitchen and garden space were particularly lovely and the location is quiet and convenient..
